Responsible for developing methods and guidelines for giving great customer service, Dynamex business practices, use of communications tools and products. Responsible for monitoring driver settlement on a daily basis and to ensure that all drivers achieve a satisfactory level of revenue. With guidance from the Business Center Manager, responsible for establishing driver settlement expectations that, when achieved, ensure high levels of driver retention. Responsible for determining causes of earning levels which fall below expectations and offering assistance. Assistance can include counseling drivers regarding their business practices, such as available hours, strategies for increasing their earnings and/or counseling Dispatchers, regarding fair dispatch practices and call distribution. Responsible for assisting drivers in resolving work related problems. Responsible for monitoring exited drivers, conducting exit interviews and reporting to the Business Center Manager reasons for business center turnover. Working with the Business Center Manager to develop/introduce driver recognition programs. Responsible for maintaining the proper driver file, documentation at business center level and for providing proper driver file documentation at corporate level. Responsible for the implementation of Dynamex's insurance and safety programs. Responsible for chairing accident investigations and preparing the required reports and distribution as needed. The hours will be anytime between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday through Friday.    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 3-5 years of ADP experience IS REQUIRED.       Collect, review and record employee time and payroll data from a variety of systems and sources for ADP and other payroll functions.      Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll check and other documents.      Calculate and prepare manual payroll paychecks and irregular payments.      Record employee information, such as hirings, exemptions, transfers, and resignations to maintain and update payroll records.      Review timesheets, wage computation and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.      Assist in governmental compliance and reporting as assigned.      Prepare routine reports, compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefit accounts for various affiliates and departments.      Serve as the first point-of-contact to address questions and issues from employees, supervisors, and other staff involving payroll matters.      Perform all job functions while adhering to the Company's policies and procedures.      Provide assistance to the Payroll Supervisor and other Management personnel and perform special projects as assigned.     POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS        Good verbal and written communication skills.      Ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers in person and over the phone.      Good analytical skills.      Good organizational and time management skills.      Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail.      Ability to gather and interpret data, compile information and prepare reports.      Ability to impart and manage confidential information.      Ability to verify data input and identify and correct errors.      Systems experience: ERP systems experience preferred, JD Edwards a plus.   AS400, WENO, WGMA, STA, PMA web experience desired. Proficiency in Excel and Word required.       If interested please email your resume in Microsoft Word or Text Format ONLY to .  DO NOT HIT APPLY NOW OR SUBMIT RESUME! | ||||
